MPC
Management Corp. has a total of fifteen rentable suites totaling just over
12,000 sq. ft. of office space. Suites range is size from approximately 300
sq. ft. and can be configured up to nearly 5,000 sq. ft., encompassing many
suites.

We are proud to retain nearly all our tenants with renewed leases and
maintain near 100% occupancy. Availability of suites is on a "first come,

Leasing rates vary depending on market
demand. Prospective tenants can expect lease payments without the worry of
common area fees, real estate taxes or even water usage. Tenants are charged
monthly a proportional rate for electricity. In most cases, tenants can expect to pay additionally for
telephone service and interior suite janitorial services at their option.
